Sew Good Together

Fridays | 9am–12 pm

Room 208

Are you a quilter or a wanna-be quilter? Do you have a sewing machine that is collecting dust, but you would like to learn to sew items like pillows, aprons, or bags? Would you want to reinforce what you have learned in sewing classes at the Center for the Arts? Maybe you are interested in weaving, knitting, crocheting, fabric collage, or any other fiber arts? Or maybe you desire a reason to connect with other women?

Join us in this affirming community that supports you and your desire to create and learn.

Open-sew sessions for women of all ages and skill levels will meet Friday mornings from 9:00 – 12:00 in Room 208. We will provide basic supplies for ironing and cutting. However, you will need to bring your own sewing machine. (An elevator will take you up to the second floor). We can help you find a project to work on.

Please sign up below if you are interested. There is no cost to you, but the registration helps us plan. It will also keep you informed about special opportunities and schedule changes.
